Mike Slight & Associates have the capability to review, develop and implement continuous improvement (CI) projects in operating activities utilising a wide variety of tried and tested CI tools. The process approach used focuses on improvements in the management culture at the site, through team building, productivities improvements in all production areas, and ultimately costs reductions particularly in critical cost centres all based on the “Plan-Do-Check-Act” principles.

Our approach to CI is based on the following:

  • Identifying management shortfalls in processes, systems, communication, efficiencies and productivity rather than seeking technical solutions
  • Seek improvement of what is in place and how it is managed through a comprehensive set of predetermined activities:
